FAQ

1. Where are you located?

We bake in a shared space in Cypress, TX. We are not there everyday, and we are available by appointment only. We have  Harris County Health Certificate and Texas Food Manufacturing Certificate.

2. Are you certified gluten free?

No, although everything we make is gluten and dairy free we are not certified. We are still in a shared commercial kitchen now. We hope to create our own certified gluten free bakery in the future. We have our own refrigerator and dry storage. Think of it as a restaurant with a gluten free menu and dedicated gluten free area (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc.).

3. What days do you ship?

We normally ship Monday-Wednesday (excluding holidays) to avoid packages sitting at UPS or USPS over the weekend. Please place your order by Saturday to have your order ship the following week. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have a custom order or special request. 

4. Which Farmer's Markets do you participate in?

We participate in Tomball Farmer's Market (205 W. Main St.
Tomball, TX 77375) at least twice per month. We are currently fill-in vendors so our spots are different each time we attend. Please check our social media pages the day before the market to know our location. You can also go to the Welcome Booth at the market. 

We also have a booth at The Painted Tree Boutiques- Westchase. Booth number F-34. 10957 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77042.

5. I have a birthday/ special event coming up. How soon should I place my order?

At least 1 week. Your order will not go into the queue until the invoice is paid. 

6. Which shipping speed do you recommend?

We recommend 1-2 day shipping. We include insulated mailers and ice packs with your order. 

7. My package was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Please submit a picture to our email. If you used "Route" you can make a claim with them. You will need photos for the claim. "Route" insurance is there to protect both of us. Some things are beyond our control and unfortunately sometimes packages are thrown and stomped on, or there are weather events along the journey.
